A Chicken Pot Pie!
Here's the recipe for the best flaky crust chicken pot pie ever!
(No peas or celery for picky eaters!)
Sautee:
2 chicken breasts (cubed)
2 carrots
1 onion
1 stick butter
Add in:
3/4 sour cream
1 cup water
1 cup milk
seasonings
flour/cornstarch (to thicken)
Crust: cressant roll dough or flaky biscuit
Prep time: 20 minutes
Bake time: 25 minutes at 350F
