Here's the best recipe ever for made from scratch cranberry scones!
1.5 C flour
2.5 TB sugar
1 TB baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
1/4 C cold butter (cubed)
1/2 C Grapefruit or Orange Juice (fresh-squeezed is best)
1 C Cranberries (measure, then chop)
Extra 2/3 TB Raw sugar (for dusting)
Mix your drys and wets separately - saving butter to cut in cubed butter to dry mix last.
Will be sticky, dump it out and cut it in four.
Bake for 22 minutes at 400* on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
*Remember parchment paper is the key to stick-free baking!*
